RECIPESWITH NO FATSAVE UP TO 600KCAL Pancakes with spinach INGREDIENTS Best Joy Cooking Spray Handful of fresh spinach (you can also use frozen spinach, then approximately 4-5 briquettes) 1 egg Ca. 400g of flour (rye, spelt or wheat) A glass of milk 0.5 % Sparkling water A pinch of salt to add flavour Tools: Blender  Deep bowl Ladle Frying pan Spatula for turning pancakes 10 minutes preparation 10-15 frying nie RECIPE Pour milk into a tall bowl, break in an egg and mix using a blender, then add, alternatively, spinach and flour, until the pancake dough begins to thicken. If it gets “too thick”, dilute it until it reaches the consistency of sour cream. When the entire flour and spinach is used and the dough is of the right consistency, set it aside for a moment so that it can “rest”. During that time, put the frying pan on the cooker and warm it up slowly. When it reaches working temperature, cover the frying pan with a layer of our spray. Mix the pancake dough with a ladle and, possibly, dilute it with sparkling water. Pour a portion of dough onto the pan; its size will depend on the size of the frying pan and the thickness you want your pancakes to be. Turn onto the other side when the pancake starts to slightly protrude at the edges and all the dough sets (which is visible by it changing its colour from milky to a more clear one). RECIPESWITH NO FATSAVE UP TO 600KCAL Chicken breast marinated in lemon grass INGREDIENTS Chicken breast (4 filets – about 500-600 gram) Cooking Spray 4 cloves of garlic Lemon grass (whatever version you choose, it can be fresh{in such a case, ca. halve a blade}or powdered{a flat teaspoonful}, personally, I recommend fresh) Chili pepper (one flat teaspoonful or one pod) 2 spoonfulls of ground sweet pepper Salt and pepper to add flavour Juice from half a lime or lemon number of portions: 4, Difficulty level: 2/5 Easy Time: 10 minutes preparation 25-30 marinating 6-7 minutes frying Difficulty level: 2/5 Easy RECIPE Wash the chicken breasts in cold water, then dry them with a kitchen towel, clean it with a knife, removing the remaining membranes and veins. Cut the filets prepared this way into pieces, the size of your choice, suitable for frying or grilling. Using your fist, gently tenderize. Then, crush finely chopped garlic and lemon grass on a wooden board using a knife, until the grass and garlic become an almost homogenous mass (optionally, you can also use a mortar). Put the previously prepared chicken separately on a wooden board and spray it with the Cooking Spray. RECIPESWITH NO FATSAVE UP TO 600KCAL FIT tomato cream INGREDIENTS 750 gram of cut tomatoes from a can Cooking Spray Large carrot Onion 3 cloves of garlic Salt and pepper a few chopped basil leaves A spoon of dried oregano A spoon of natural yoghurt number of portions: 4 Difficulty level: 2/5 Easy Time: 10 minutes preparation Difficulty level: 2/5 Easy RECIPE It is simple: Spread some PAM spray on a frying pan and put chopped cloves of garlic on the still-cold rapeseed oil. They should heat up together with oil, only then they will release the whole flavour, and the soup will be more aromatic. Chop the carrot and onion into cubes and put on the pre-heated frying pan. Fry for several minutes to soften the vegetables. Meanwhile, heat up the tomatoes in a pot. Sprinkle them with salt, basil, oregano and pepper. After a few minutes, put vegetables into the hot paste and cook for ca 10 minutes on small fire. After this time, blend the whole mass – personally, I prefer half-blended soups, namely creams, in which pieces of vegetables can still be detectable. Serve with a scoop of natural yoghurt. PRZEPISYWITH NO FATSAVE UP TO 600KCAL Grilled beet soup SKŁADNIKI 6 large beets Cooking Spray Leek 4 branches of fresh rosemary 6 spoons of honey Salt and pepper number of portions: 4 Difficulty level: 2/5 Easy Time: 20 minutes preparation Difficulty level: 2/5 Easy RECIPE Warm an oven up to 200 degrees C. Slice each beet in half, spray with the Cooking Spray, wrap in foil and put into the oven. After 30 minutes, put a pot of water on the cooker – ca 1.5l. Put sliced leek and rosemary branches into the pot. Wait for it to boil. After an hour, take the beets out of the oven, wait for them to cool off a little and peel them. After baking, the skin can be easily removed. Chop the beets into smaller pieces and put them in water. Cook them for 10 minutes. Take the rosemary branches out of the pot and blend the rest. Add honey, salt and pepper. Cook for another several minutes and that is all.
